We use a Standard Tracked Shipping for all orders and destinations.
The carriers are different depending on your location.
You always receive a tracking number by email or sms once your order has been shipped.
Sorry, we do not offer Express Shipping.
All orders are shipped from our printing workshop in France within 48-96 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
This period can be extended during peak periods such as November-December, or during summer season.
Once shipped, the delivery times are as follows:
- For France, shipping is 2-3 working days.
- In the European Union the announced delay is from 3 to 10 working days.
- In the rest of the World, the delay is 5 to 14 working days.
We ship in more than 100+ destinations, check if your country is in the lists below.

Our secure online payment is entrusted to Stripe and PayPal.
Stripe accepts major cards including:
VISA - VISA Debit - MasterCard - Discover - JCB - American Express
Stripe also accept E-wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay.
With PayPal, you can use one of the following payment methods:
Your bank account - Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card or your balance if you have a PayPal Balance account.
Using an e-money service like PayPal is worth considering as you don’t have to give out your card details.
Our web address starts with HTTPS—the "S" stands for secure—and that there is a closed padlock icon. Both indicate that your connection to our site is secure and mean that any data sent or received from the site is encrypted, so no third parties can access it.
We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Our customer care team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed with the hang tags attached.
Please email us at hello@sweateee.com with the following information:
1. A photo of the damage
2. A photo of the front of the item for identification
3. A photo of the tag for sizing
4. Your order number
5. Tell us what's wrong.
No worries, we have solutions to solve the problem.
Order cancellations are difficult to facilitate even if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Your order is immediately sent to the print workshop for validation. However, validation is done within 6 hours. It is necessary to contact us very quickly and that your request falls during our working hours. If not, we are sorry...
This is the reason why we cannot 100% guarantee a cancellation.
We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed items, same condition as you received them made within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sweateee.com
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions apply:
1. Original shipping costs are refundable only for EU countries.
2. A 6.00€ for France and 8.00€ for European countries return label fee will apply to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. we DO NOT provide shipping return label for rest of the World countries. But you can nevertheless proceed to return by yourself.
3. We are not doing exchange. It can get very long between return, check, reship.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued 7 days after your return has been delivered and all return conditions are met.
5. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in-store credit.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. The carrier's tracking is authentic: if the parcel is marked "delivered" there is no possible recourse. It is the carrier who is responsible for the delivery of the order. We can nevertheless open a ticket with the carrier for more informations. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email: hello@sweateee.com we will do our best to help you but we are no longer able to send you a new order.
Please note that in some cases, parcels can get marked as delivered on the tracking but still take a couple of days to physically arrive!
